Broad Creek PSD's boundaries begin north of Palmetto Dunes at the old Cracker Barrel Restaurant site and extend south to, but do not include, Hargray Telephone Company. All water and sewer services east and west of Highway 278 within these boundaries are the responsibility of the District.
