Drop Box: Our drop box is located on Queens Folly
Road next to U.S. Mailbox near the tennis courts. Please
include your payment stub or write your account number on
the check.
Bank Draft: Call our office and will send you the
form necessary to implement bank draft procedure for payment
of water bills. You may also print off the bank draft form
and fax it to us. Depending on when the form is received
and processed by our office, it may be two billing periods
before the bank draft goes into effect. Fax form and copy
of check to 843.785.8196.

Online Bill Pay:
Pay your bill online with your credit card by clicking the

RENTAL ACCOUNTS :
Tenants can make application for service at our office Monday
- Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tenants may also print
off the "Rental Application for Water and Sewer" form on
the Documents/Forms page and fax it to us. A tenant is required
to pay a refundable deposit of $100.00 before the water
can be put into their name.
If there is no balance due when the account is closed, the
District will return the deposit by mail.
