WATER CONSERVATION REGULATIONS
FOR IRRIGATION :
The Town of Hilton Head Island has adopted ordinances to
regulate the use of water. These regulations apply to all
property within the Town limits.
LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION
SYSTEMS :
The law requires that rain sensors must be installed on
new irrigation systems and that existing irrigation systems
be fitted with a rain sensor by June 21, 1994.

ISLAND LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION SCEHDULE :
Tuesday & Saturday (Even Day) Singlefamily residences with
street addresses ending with the numeral 0,2,4,6 or 8 or
letters A-M. Wednesday & Sunday (Odd Day) Single-family
residences with street addresses ending with the numeral
1,3,5,7,or 9, or letters N-Z. Monday and Thursday Commercial/Office/Hotels/Condominiums/Property
